| Pleasanton Meadows is located in the North Eastern corner of Pleasanton and is very popular because of its wonderful Fairlands Elementary school, a greenbelt that runs through most of the neighborhood, and its community pool, and since it was built in the late '60s and early '70s, numerous families have raised their children there. The community is also sometimes called Fairlands, because of the elementary school. Back then a typical price for these Pleasanton homes was $28K!! for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. The neighborhood is conveniently located close to highway 580, and almost walking distance to the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station, that can take you to San Francisco in about 45 minutes.
